This recipe is a variation of our original Hawaiian-inspired plant-based favorite Hoke Poke. With a spicy kick, this creamier poke is full of probiotics which combine marvelously with Jackfruit’s high soluble fiber content, making it an excellent source of prebiotics. We frequently enjoy this as an appetizer served along with gluten-free crackers, but also sometimes serve it as an entrée along with quinoa or add it to the top of a green salad.
