This simple recipe is probably one of the quickest, easiest ways to enjoy the many benefits of cultured food. Whether happily ensconced in a burrito, taco or sandwich or simply wolfed down with a heap of chips, this Guac-da-Guac™ guacamole is one of our all-time favorites. Truth be known several members of our tribe have at one time or another been caught red-handed drinking it from the bowl like a spicy green smoothie!
